Ongoing wellness

Ongoing wellness, designed around how you restore.

Choose a wellness path that supports consistent care, deeper recovery, and a calmer nervous system.

Why guests choose ongoing care

Restoration is a rhythm, not an event.

The body responds best to consistent, unhurried care. A monthly routine gives your nervous system permission to slow down — and keeps the benefits with you between visits.

Nervous-system regulation

Slower breathing, softer shoulders, a quieter mind — sustained over weeks, not just a single afternoon.

Consistency, gently held

A standing rhythm of care, woven into the life you already live.

Long-term body care

Address tension before it settles in. Recover from travel, trails, and the work you love.

Flexibility that feels respectful

Reschedule when life moves. Share sessions with someone you care about. Nothing feels rigid.

An easier self-care habit

When the date is already on your calendar, the only thing left to do is arrive.

Quietly better value

Plans are priced so consistent care costs less than booking session by session.

Packages

A curated set of sessions — yours to use at your pace.

Best value for guests who already know massage belongs in their life. Use sessions yourself, share with family — twelve calm months to enjoy them.

Planning a wellness day

Planning a Spa Day Near Zion National Park

A spa day near Zion National Park is one of the most loved ways to bookend a hiking trip, a couples getaway, or a slow weekend in Southern Utah. Our studio in La Verkin is about 25 minutes from the Springdale entrance of Zion — close enough for a half-day visit, quiet enough to feel like a true retreat.

Most guests build their day around an unhurried massage, a mineral soak at Zion Canyon Hot Springs, and time for the nervous system to actually catch up. If you're planning a wellness retreat near Zion National Park — solo, as a couple, or with someone you're treating — these are the easiest places to start:

  • Massage & Soak Hot Springs Packages →

Our signature half-day experience: a Signature Massage paired with admission to Zion Canyon Hot Springs. Available in 60, 90, and 120 minutes, with single and couples options.

  • Couples Massage Near Zion →

Side-by-side in a private couples suite — the most-booked romantic spa experience for anniversaries and Zion getaways. Easily paired with the Hot Springs add-on.

  • Wellness Packages & Memberships →

Returning to Zion often, or gifting a longer wellness arc? Packages and monthly plans turn a single spa day into an ongoing rhythm of restoration.

A relaxed pace works best: arrive a little early, soak before or after your massage, and leave the afternoon open. Spa days near Zion are easiest to book 1–2 days ahead during peak season (spring, fall, and holiday weekends).

Questions, gently answered

A few things guests often ask.

How do membership and package credits work?+

Memberships and packages provide session credits — not banked minutes. Each credit may be redeemed for any eligible 60-, 90-, or 120-minute service covered by your plan. One redemption consumes one credit regardless of which duration you choose.

I used a 90-minute service. Do I still have 30 minutes left?+

No. Memberships and packages provide session credits, not banked minutes. One redeemed session consumes one credit regardless of duration. Unused minutes do not roll over or accumulate.

Can I save unused minutes for later?+

No. Unused minutes do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into future credits. Each entitlement is a single session credit that is fully consumed when redeemed.

Why would I choose a shorter session?+

Some guests choose shorter sessions based on scheduling, personal preference, or treatment goals. The choice is entirely up to the guest — your credit covers any eligible duration covered by the plan.

Do sessions expire?+

Package session credits stay yours for twelve months from purchase. Membership credits are issued monthly and are intended to be redeemed within the billing period; unused credits do not roll forward unless your plan terms explicitly state otherwise.

Can I use different therapists?+

Yes. Your plan is yours — choose the therapist that feels right for each visit. Many guests rotate between favourites depending on what their body needs.

Can I upgrade or change duration?+

Yes. One credit covers any eligible 60-, 90-, or 120-minute service under your plan, so you can choose the duration that fits the visit. Add-on enhancements or upgrades to ineligible services are simply settled at checkout — your credit keeps its base value.

What if I need to reschedule?+

Life moves. Reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance from your Wellness Journey portal, and your credit stays held for you.

Are memberships flexible?+

Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation, so your therapist, room, and rhythm are reliably held for you. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel anytime with no fine print.

Can I share my plan with my partner or family?+

Packages are designed to be shared. Memberships are personal but include thoughtful options for adding loved ones — just ask at the studio and we'll quietly arrange it.

Are all services eligible?+

Most 60-, 90-, and 120-minute services are eligible. A small number of services are designated as not eligible for membership or package pricing — these are clearly marked and must be paid in full at booking.

Are exceptions ever made to the one-credit-per-session rule?+

Membership credits and package sessions are generally redeemed as a single session. ZionZen may, at its sole discretion, allow alternate redemption arrangements for special circumstances. Any such accommodation is case-by-case, is not guaranteed, and does not modify the standard policy — please ask at the studio if you have a unique situation.

However you'd like to begin — we'll meet you there.
