Terms of Service

Welcome to ZionZen Massage & Skincare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your bookings, purchases of wellness products, memberships and packages, and any communications with our team. By using our services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

All sessions are reserved by appointment. A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any reservation we are unable to safely or professionally fulfill, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices for services, memberships, packages, and wellness products are displayed in U.S. dollars and processed securely by Stripe. We never store full payment card information. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate, but reserve the right to correct inadvertent errors at any time before an order is fulfilled.

Cash is welcome. For the convenience and safety of our team, we do not keep cash on hand and are unable to provide change. If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount due for your service, package, gift card, or retail purchase.

3. Memberships & Packages

Memberships and packages provide session credits — not banked minutes, stored minutes, rollover minutes, or partial-minute balances. One credit may be redeemed for any service designated as eligible under your plan, in any available duration (typically 60, 90, or 120 minutes).

One redemption consumes one session credit, regardless of the service duration you choose. Unused minutes from a redeemed session do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into future credits. For example, redeeming a credit for a 60-minute service consumes the full credit even if your plan would also cover a 90- or 120-minute service.

Services marked as not eligible for membership or package pricing are excluded. Memberships renew automatically at the published monthly rate until cancelled and require a minimum 3-month commitment. Packages are charged in full at the time of purchase and sessions remain available for twelve months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Please review your confirmation for renewal dates and eligible services.

Membership Benefits & Membership Bank

Membership sessions are earned each time your recurring membership payment is successfully processed. Unused sessions automatically accumulate in your Membership Bank while your membership remains active. Unlike traditional memberships that require monthly use, ZionZen allows members to build a reserve of wellness sessions to better fit changing schedules and lifestyles.

Example. If your membership includes one 60-minute massage each month and you are unable to visit during January:

  • January renewal: Membership Bank = 1 session
  • February renewal: Membership Bank = 2 sessions
  • You schedule one massage: Membership Bank = 1 remaining session

This allows members to continue receiving the full value of their membership without losing unused sessions simply because life gets busy.

If your membership is cancelled, any unused Membership Bank sessions remain available for 90 days following your final paid billing period. After that period, any remaining unused sessions expire unless otherwise extended by ZionZen Massage & Skincare at its sole discretion.

Membership credits and package sessions are generally redeemed as a single session. ZionZen may, at its sole discretion, allow alternate redemption arrangements for special circumstances. Any such accommodation is granted on a case-by-case basis, is not guaranteed, and does not modify the standard one-credit-per-session policy.

4. Wellness Wallet

The Wellness Wallet provides a convenient way for guests to view and manage the various forms of value associated with their account.

Depending on your purchases and membership status, your Wellness Wallet may include:

  • Membership Bank sessions
  • Spa Credit
  • Package balances
  • Gift Card balances
  • Promotional credits
  • Other credits issued by ZionZen Massage & Skincare

Each category retains its own redemption rules and expiration policies where applicable. Membership Bank sessions follow the Membership Benefits policy described above. Spa Credit may be applied toward eligible future services. Package balances remain subject to the terms of the purchased package. Gift Cards remain subject to applicable gift card policies and governing law. Promotional credits may include additional restrictions or expiration dates when issued.

Your Wellness Wallet is designed to provide one convenient location for viewing your available balances while preserving the individual terms applicable to each benefit.

5. Wellness Product Purchases

Orders for wellness products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order for reasons including stock shortages or suspected fraud. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a substitution, store credit, or refund.

6. Shipping & Pickup

We ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail and offer free pickup at our La Verkin, Utah studio. We do not ship internationally at this time. Larger orders (more than ten items) are handled directly through our office. Full details are available on our Shipping page.

7. Returns & Exchanges

For your protection, opened personal-care and wellness products are not eligible for return. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged or refunded within fourteen (14) days of delivery or pickup. Damaged or defective items should be reported within seven (7) days of receipt and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within the permitted cancellation period (24 or more hours before the scheduled start time) may be handled in one of two ways:

Option 1 – Refund. Guests may request a refund to their original payment method. Approved refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which covers administrative and payment processing costs.

Option 2 – Spa Credit (Recommended). Instead of receiving a refund, guests may choose to receive 100% of the value of their appointment as Spa Credit. Spa Credit may be applied toward any future eligible ZionZen Massage & Skincare service. No cancellation fee is charged when this option is selected.

Appointments cancelled after the cancellation deadline, late cancellations, and no-shows remain subject to the policies outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Arrival, Late Arrival & Session Length

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for a calm, unhurried check-in. Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals will be honored for the remaining time but charged in full.

10. Wellness Disclaimer

Our services and wellness products are intended to support relaxation, comfort, and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, medication interactions, or before starting any new regimen.

11. Health & Contraindications

Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy at the time of booking and again at intake. Our team reserves the right to modify or decline a session if your safety would be compromised.

12. Conduct

ZionZen is a therapeutic wellness studio. Inappropriate language, behavior, or requests of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in a permanent ban from future services.

13. Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your bookings and orders (confirmations, reminders, shipping updates). Marketing communications, if any, are optional and you may opt out at any time without affecting service-related messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

14. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Promotion codes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Promotion codes cannot be combined with package credits, membership credits, Wellness Wallet credits, or other offers unless explicitly stated. Unused promotional value is forfeited and may not be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

15. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, photography, branding, and product descriptions — is owned by ZionZen Massage & Skincare or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any of it without our written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZionZen Massage & Skincare, its therapists, and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any session, package, membership, product purchase, or use of our facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
