Cancellation Policy

We design every appointment as a reserved, unhurried experience for you and your therapist. Because each session represents prepared time, supplies, and a held room, we ask for respectful notice when plans need to change.

Rescheduling

Reschedules made 24 or more hours before the appointment are honored at no charge and can be made directly through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our team.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged at 50% of the session price. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are charged in full.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without prior notice are charged at the full session price. Repeat no-shows may require pre-payment for future bookings.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will end on time and be charged in full.

Memberships

Monthly memberships are non-refundable and renew automatically. You may cancel any active membership at any time and continue using benefits through the end of the current billing period.

Packages

Prepaid session packages are non-refundable but never expire and can be redeemed at your pace.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation prevents you from making your appointment, and we will do our best to find a compassionate solution.
